Processing times vary based on government workload, eligibility, and application type. While LegalPassport facilitates rapid submission, final processing times are determined solely by the U.S. government.
Based on applications reviewed and submitted in accordance with our procedures, LegalPassport maintains a 99% success rate. This does not include delays or outcomes resulting from customer-provided errors, shipping carrier delays, or government decisions.
No service can guarantee government approval. Our role is to help ensure applications are accurate, complete, and properly submitted to reduce avoidable delays.
Clients securely ship their application materials via FedEx® directly to our courier network. Detailed instructions are provided after order confirmation.
