By accessing, requesting, or using the services of Legal Passport Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Disclaimer and No Refund Policy in full.

No Refund Policy

All service fees paid to Legal Passport Services are strictly non-refundable.

Once an order is submitted, Legal Passport Services begins work immediately. Services include, but are not limited to, professional case review, document requirements analysis, eligibility guidance, administrative processing, coordination, and submission planning. Because these services commence immediately, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Government agency delays, denials, requests for additional documentation, or processing decisions
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies made by the customer
• Incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information or documentation provided by the customer
• Changes in government rules, requirements, fees, or processing timelines
• Shipping, courier, or delivery delays, losses, or interruptions
• Acts of God, acts of war, airline disruptions, weather events, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or government shutdowns

Legal Passport Services’ fees are charged for professional services rendered, not for the approval, issuance, or delivery of a passport or travel document. All government fees, acceptance agent fees, courier fees, and third-party charges are also non-refundable.

Role of Legal Passport Services

Legal Passport Services is a private passport and travel document services provider acting on behalf of the customer. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or any foreign government authority.

Legal Passport Services does not issue passports or visas, does not control government processing times, and does not guarantee approval or delivery. All determinations regarding eligibility, processing, approval, denial, and issuance are made solely by the appropriate government agencies.

Government Agencies and Third-Party Services

Legal Passport Services assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, decisions, requirements, timelines, or services of any third party, including but not limited to:

• The U.S. Passport Service
• U.S. Postal Service Acceptance Agents
• Clerks of Court in any jurisdiction
• Foreign Consulates and Embassies
• Travel agencies, airlines, or courier partners
• Any federal, state, or foreign government authority

Government rules, procedures, and requirements may change at any time without notice and are outside the control of Legal Passport Services.

Expedited and Emergency Processing

Requests for expedited or emergency processing are subject to government eligibility, availability, and destination-specific requirements. Legal Passport Services does not guarantee processing times or outcomes, even when expedited services are requested.

Delays or denials caused by government agencies, acceptance facilities, or external factors do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

Legal Passport Services is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by or related to:

• The U.S. Postal Service, including Express Mail
• Private or guaranteed delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne, or similar carriers
• Airline courier or express shipment services, including Delta Dash, WorldPax, or comparable services

Tracking numbers may be provided as a courtesy and do not transfer liability to Legal Passport Services.

Client Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Legal Passport Services assumes no liability for delays, denials, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

Force Majeure

Legal Passport Services shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of war, severe weather, airline disruptions, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or government actions.

Limitation of Liability

Legal Passport Services does not provide compensation for damages arising from delays, losses, errors, omissions, or outcomes beyond our control, including those involving government agencies, third-party providers, or customer-supplied information.

All information, services, policies, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Electronic Acknowledgment

By electronically acknowledging this Disclaimer and No Refund Policy, the customer authorizes Legal Passport Services to begin work immediately and agrees that such acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
